Below are many FAQ’s frequently asked questions with responses to guide you along the way.

shipping & delivery
- GGRV products dropship directly from their Manufacturer, typically via LTL Truck and UPS/FedEx. The Manufacturer selects the Trucking or Package company.
- When shipped LTL/ Truck – Items are usually shrink-wrapped to a pallet and are too big for a Package company. There is typically an upcharge for a call ahead or liftgate, and when it’s a residential or limited access area for delivery.
- The delivery driver is required to get the items to the door of the delivery truck and it is the responsibility of the Customer to unload/ offload their order.
- Customer is responsible for inspecting and taking receipt of their order. Any damage must be noted at the time of delivery, on the paperwork. If nothing is noted, the Customer has inspected and received their order in good/ undamaged condition.
We will need to know the following:

- Is delivery going to an establishment with a dock?
- How will you offload your order/ delivery?
- Hours of operation.
- Request for a lift-gate delivery – a fee applies.
- Request a call-ahead for delivery – a fee applies.

- Notify GGRV within 10 days of receipt to Request a Return.
- Returns are deemed allowed and authorized at the Manufacturer’s discretion.
- A Restocking Fee may be charged at the Manufacturer’s discretion.
- For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Any fees and charges associated with Return Shipping is the responsibility of the Customer – although GGRV will offer assistance when arranging shipping for an Authorized Return.

- Due to ever-changing pricing for manufacturing and shipping, we provide you with a Quote prior to taking an Order.
- By submitting a Quote Request, GGRV will contact you with a Quote, including applicable shipping charges, typically within 24 hours.
